My partner and I were camping and got absolutely drenched by the rain so we booked a room on very short notice and we were given a free upgrade. The lady we spoke to was extremely accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Great for the price, would stay again.
Three of us booked a room on very short notice and we were given a free upgrade. The staff were extremely accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable. Very close to everything, shops were within walking distance. Great for the price, would stay again.
Rooms are well sized however the shower lacked pressure and wasn't great, the beds and pillows were pretty uncomfortable, the service at reception could definitely do with some improvement with some of the staff, however a few staff members were wonderful and well accommodating. Gorgeous pool and bbq area which is well suited for families. Guest laundry was available with both a washer and dryer for a reasonable price also providing a small washing line to hang your clothes as well.
Location was great, close to service stations, coffee shops, restaurants, the local river and zoo and only a 15 minute drive from the beach.
Only downfall is due to being close to the hospital and main street, during the day the amount of sirens and ambulance vehicles was almost unbearable... however thankfully the sirens and lights generally died down after 6pm meaning you didn't have to deal with it too much over night.
Had a lovely stay at the Oscar Motel. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a shower and a toilet but it wasn’t an actual bathroom. The staff were very friendly. A special thank you to Sharon!

Last week I accidentally booked a room with a double bed instead of 2 single beds and when I realised it was past closing time and the lady on duty was happy to assist, even giving me a free upgrade. Nice tidy room. We were happy. Thankyou very much
Room was clean n fresh, beds were good, no ice big shower, lighting ok, Ac placed well for good overall cooling, small fridge, bag placement area, undercover car parking, tea/coffee stuff, small wall to food shops and others,
Wonderful staff that helped us out when we were stuck in town. Comfortable accommodations, great price. Would stay again.
